Position Overview
As a Senior Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse range of client entities, including corporations and trusts. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing comprehensive accounting functions for various client entities.
  • Assisting the tax department during peak periods, including tax return preparation.
  • Reviewing and rectifying payroll processes.
  • Ensuring accuracy in client accounting records.
  • Creating and recording year-end tax adjustments and CPA entries.
  • Providing remote accounting support to clients.
  • Collaborating with partners and managers to keep accounting projects on schedule.
  • Offering insights and recommendations regarding accounting policies.
  • Managing sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Participating in special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 2-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Experience with Thomson Reuters' CS program suite is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
