Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated licensed mental health therapists to join our team and provide evidence-based treatment to our patients.

The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality treatment, assess patient needs, and participate in ongoing trainings and supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic setting.
  • Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), and other evidence-based treatments for patients with eating disorders and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors.
  • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through our electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Engage in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying degrees of acuity.
  • Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
  • Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (8pm in the patient population's time zone).
  • Enthusiastic, strong team player.

Work Environment

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel.

This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
