Job Summary

All States Ag Parts, LLC. is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our construction equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on construction equipment, including disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of parts.
  • Parts Management: Organize and manage inventory of spare parts, ensuring accurate tracking and logging of parts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on repaired equipment to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in heavy machinery repair or maintenance.
  • Skills: Mechanic knowledge, preferably in heavy machinery; experience with construction equipment; ability to operate a forklift and crane; ability to understand machine and engine assemblies; ability to multi-task and use multiple tools.
  • Certifications: Certified Forklift Operator Certificate, helpful.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.; 90% standing and 10% sitting.
