Examine disputed transactions in accordance with card scheme regulations, providing expertise in payment-related risks.

Establish continuous monitoring and evaluation of decision-making systems and models, generating clear and comprehensible visual reports, dashboards, and analytics in collaboration with the risk analytics team.

Stay informed about current card scheme policies and regulations.

Assist the risk management team with various projects and special assignments as needed.

Collaborate individually and with colleagues to support the overarching objectives of the risk management team.

  • Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud management and strategy, with a solid understanding of the payment industry and fraud policy development.

Results-driven and adept at navigating a dynamic work environment that demands prioritization and accountability.

Effective communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ability to identify innovative approaches to risk management and think outside the box.

Proficient in SQL.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in fraud management and strategy, with a strong grasp of the payment sector and fraud rule formulation.
