  • Embrace and implement cutting-edge New Retail strategies, including E-Commerce and Virtual Sales.
  • Provide tailored services for VIP clients and cultivate local business connections.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including the upkeep of customer databases and inventory readiness.
  • Contribute to Visual Merchandising initiatives.
  • Leverage modern sales techniques such as Click and Collect and digital sales applications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Understanding of contemporary retail trends and digital sales methodologies.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in sales approaches.
  • Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP.
  • Competence in utilizing digital tools, including customer applications and Click and Collect systems.
