Job Summary

Job Title: Investment Control Liaison III

Location: Remote or Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Control Liaison to join our team at SS&C Technologies Holdings. As an Investment Control Liaison, you will be responsible for identifying exceptions, balancing systems, and reports, reconciling cash and shares, and identifying risk items. You will work closely with internal Operations teams to provide support and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Reconciliation: Perform daily cash reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Funding Validation: Validate funding and release outgoing wires in a timely manner.
  • Dividend Distribution: Distribute dividends to clients in accordance with established procedures.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to multiple clients, identifying problems and achieving resolution independently.
  • Trade Settlements: Perform daily trade settlements with Trade Providers Custodian.
  • Reconciliation Exceptions: Identify, research, and resolve complex reconciliation exceptions.
  • Team Support: Provide oversight and support to fellow team members.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the point person for Processing Teams to request information and research.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School degree and at least 1 year of related experience (Mutual Funds, Financial Services)
  • Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Computer Experience: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Availability: Able to work in the local office 6 days each month per attendance policy.
