Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Operations Specialist Associate to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing property book requirements, developing and testing procedures, and providing training to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain procedures and systems requirements to manage property book requirements
  • Train internal and external customers on procedures and software applications
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and service contracts
  • Perform duties and responsibilities as the lead on process improvement teams
  • Coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements
  • Maintain the organization's IT Systems hardware and software asset inventory

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
  • GCSS (Global Combat Support System) knowledge/experience
  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • DoD M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification
