Position Summary: The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the establishment. This includes planning, organizing, training, and leading staff to meet objectives related to sales, cost management, employee retention, customer service, food quality, and overall cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully comprehend all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Ensure that every guest receives warm, responsive, and courteous service consistently.
  • Guarantee that all food and products are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.
  • Achieve company goals in sales, service quality, facility appearance, and sanitation through effective employee training and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Step in as needed to maintain guest service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including forms, reports, and schedules, in an organized and timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment through regular inspections and adherence to maintenance programs.
  • Ensure accurate receipt of products and compliance with receiving policies.
  • Administer personnel policies fairly and consistently, addressing any violations promptly.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Participate in marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong basic math skills and proficiency in operating a POS system.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Liquor's Permit.
