Job Responsibilities

In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for:

  • Patient Supervision and Safety: Conduct regular safety checks and communicate with medical staff as needed to ensure patient well-being.
  • Patient Interaction and Support: Provide emotional support and refer clinical concerns to therapy staff, promoting a trusting relationship with patients.
  • Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with other professionals to develop comprehensive, personalized care plans for each patient.
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having relevant behavioral health certification, work experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment, and experience working with patients at various levels of care can be beneficial in this role.
