Counselor Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, lead group sessions, and coordinate resources to support patients in their recovery journey.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and identify treatment needs to create personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Lead and facilitate individual and group sessions, promoting open self-disclosure and collaboration on patient goals and needs
• Maintain regular contact with referral sources and family members to provide progress updates and facilitate support
• Cordinate resources and develop post-discharge plans to support patients with legal, financial, and vocational needs
• Apply clinical judgment and intervention skills in crisis situations, including risk assessments, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluations

• Master's degree in social work or a related human services major
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on education, licensure, and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
