Program Security Officer 3 Job Description

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Security Officer 3 to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing unparalleled support to our customer and contributing to the success of our mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Director and Deputy Directors of Security in planning and executing program protection.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior government program security officers in completing assigned actions.
  • Collaborate with industrial security staffs to ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives and NRO Directives and Instructions.
  • Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  • Interface with senior-level mission partners across the DoD, IC, and foreign entities to discuss security issues and provide guidance.
  • Travel up to 25% CONUS to attend meetings and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • 10+ years of NRO and/or IC experience, preferably in program protection, security, and/or classification policy.
  • Extensive experience working with industrial security staffs and managing controlled access programs (CAP) and special access programs (SAP).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior government personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in large groups and one-on-one.
  • Experience working with senior government personnel and providing guidance on complex security issues.
