Classet is seeking dedicated Production/Finishing Specialists for both DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS to ensure timely delivery of our products in optimal condition to our clientele.

Compensation starts at $20 per hour for day shifts and $21 per hour for night shifts. This role begins as a temporary position with the potential for extension.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute all gathering, weighing, and packaging tasks across various manufacturing equipment, including the computer control system software.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide feedback to supervisors and management.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility and engage in 5S initiatives.


All tasks should be performed in a manner that fosters a safe working environment for all personnel, adhering to the Quality Management System guidelines, which includes maintaining accurate documentation in all work areas.

Collaborate with colleagues and foster a team-oriented atmosphere while utilizing effective communication skills.


Additional Duties:

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or management personnel.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Capability to operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
