Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to residents through the administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
- Document resident care information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents in accordance with physician orders and Misericordia policy.
- Provide companionship and nursing care to residents, ensuring their understanding of the care being provided.
- Lead and guide our team of CNAs to provide exceptional care to our residents.
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
- At least two years' experience in a long-term care setting.
- Genuine concern for the needs of older adults.
- Strong customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
