The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will lead feature development, design, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions for internal and external end users.

You will help lead team members and projects on one of our backend infrastructure teams, helping to scale our products (RMP and the #1 Independent DSP) as we push for growth and scalability.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced software engineer with 8+ years of experience using modern languages such as Java, C#, Go, C++, etc.

You should have experience working with large-scale distributed systems, mentoring and leading Senior, Mid, and Junior Engineers, and system design and development skills.

You should also have experience delivering projects with material impact, through leading project teams of 5+ engineers and collaborating within and across teams and roles.
