About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients and the operating room environment
  • Set up and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
