About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient surgical experience.
  • Set up and maintain surgical instrumentation and equipment, adhering to strict sterile protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration is required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification is necessary.
