Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and festivals.
  • Assist with ticketing, venue operations, and marketing efforts to promote Live Nation Entertainment events.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and promote environmentally friendly practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
