Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve profitable sales volumes and maintain high customer satisfaction, driving business growth and revenue.
- Travel 15-25% for trade shows, customer meetings, and training to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record leading sales teams and managing full sales cycles, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
