Technical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 developers and providing technical guidance and oversight. You will be responsible for architecture, standards, and design of key product initiatives for applications in Java services. You will also monitor progress and manage projects, act as Scrum Master for the projects, and liaison with other teams and QA organization.

- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Knowledgeable of commercial software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions.
- Must have experience in cloud native application development.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, team player.
- Ability to gather and understand requirements in the financial sector.
