As a Client Relations Associate, you will embody the essence of NuMark Credit Union by providing tailored financial solutions that align with our members' needs. Your role will involve fostering relationships and becoming a reliable advisor in helping clients achieve their financial aspirations.

Work Schedule: This role requires availability from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. Employees will work across various branches, with one designated as the primary location. Compensation for additional travel will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of NuMark's offerings to meet and exceed sales targets by understanding client goals and recommending appropriate products.
  • Facilitate the opening of different account types and collaborate with internal teams to promote additional services, including loans.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and ensure cash drawers are balanced.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of client information at all times.
  • Maintain client accounts in accordance with their requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to effectively promote and cross-sell financial products and services.
  • A strong desire to enhance sales capabilities.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Flexibility to work at various local branches as needed.
