Job Title Overview

We are seeking an Inpatient Therapy Supervisor to lead our Inpatient Therapy Department at NMC Health in the Wichita Metro Area.

This role will provide department level leadership and oversee daily workflow and organizational elements of the department. As a key member of our team, you will assist the director in leading the department through achievement of departmental and hospital-wide goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy examination, treatment, and other clinical services.
  • Support the director in operational aspects of the department.

In this position, you will work closely with our Director of Outpatient Services and collaborate with diverse personalities to achieve departmental objectives.

RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Clinic Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills with ability to make effective decisions.
  • Excellent time management and interdependent work skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Tactful diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Basic computer operating knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Licensure and Registration
  • Maintain current registration/licensure in the State of Kansas in good standing for Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OTR).
Compensation and Benefits
