Key Responsibilities- Assemble and test electronic and mechanical systems, following blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or by reading measurements.
- Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to Manager to obtain additional resources or direction.
- Complete preventive maintenance per schedule/instructions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations.
- Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks, or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed.
- Operate per established Company Policies and Procedures.
- Experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
- Oral and written communication skills for a team environment.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
- Detail oriented, organized, analytical.
- Ability to read & interpret schematics and assembly documents.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
