Job Overview

LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR


As the Landscape Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding your team to ensure that all assigned duties are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality benchmarks. You will manage teams across various service areas, including basic upkeep, landscape installation, and auxiliary services such as irrigation management, seasonal planting, and chemical treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily site activities and allocate tasks to team members.

· Maintain a structured schedule while ensuring service quality is upheld.

· Communicate client feedback to the Landscape Supervisor and assist in resolving any issues.

· Provide constructive feedback regarding team performance to the Landscape Supervisor.

· Support the Landscape Supervisor in training and developing team members.

· Accurately report crew hours worked.

· Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and company regulations.

· Confirm that all equipment is properly maintained and in optimal working condition.

· Document equipment usage and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience with trucks and trailers.

· Relevant experience in a landscaping or related field.

· Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

· Valid Driver's License.

· Authorization to work in the United States.
