Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work night shift, Thursday through Saturday, and every other Sunday, 6:30pm - 6:30am, and required overtime.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience with high-performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
