Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
