Dermatology Practice Operations Director

Job Description
As the Business Manager at Turner Dermatology, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities critical to the success and growth of our practice. Your primary focus will be on managing human resources, marketing efforts, and billing processes to ensure seamless operation.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring Process Management: You will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting top candidates.
- Onboarding and Employee Development: Oversee the onboarding process, create an employee guide, and ensure employees are knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, systems, and organizational culture.
- Financial Management: Monitor prices, track revenue and expenses, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating strategies.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of the practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall performance.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in human resources management, marketing, and billing processes within a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
