Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and address repair requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our buildings
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
  • Complete apartment turnovers within 7 days of move-out, including painting, repairs, and cleaning
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with residents, colleagues, and contractors
  • Identify potential maintenance needs and take proactive steps to address them
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, assisting other technicians when needed and sharing knowledge and expertise
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing various systems
  • Ability to complete work orders within 24-48 hours
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation

$26-29/hour based on experience and knowledge

On-Call Rotation

24/7 on-call rotation, one week out of every 5 weeks, responding to emergency maintenance repairs after working hours

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
