We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Mobile Solutions to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts to increase sales and revenue in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external entities, including C-suite hospital executives, surgical directors, and sterile processing directors.
- Conduct customer site assessments to determine feasibility of installation, all costs, and options required for a successful implementation.
- Work closely with STERIS Project Design Managers to ensure the hospital's throughput requirements can be supported in the Mobile SPD with completion of a Capacity Study.
- Seek out opportunities to present STERIS Mobile Solutions to architectural and SPD communities.
- Conduct routine check-ins and calls with active client engagements and closeout interviews with clients.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of proven working experience in the healthcare industry, with 5+ years in Veterans Administration, Defense (DoD)/Government Contracting.
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales skills, with a deep understanding of STERIS IPT product portfolio, SPD design, codes, and compliance, and operational relationships with Surgery.
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Access.
STERIS offers a competitive salary range of $98,750.00-$148,050.00, with opportunities for bonus and career growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans, and a 401k plan.
