Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our maintenance team at Codorus State Park. As a Semi Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the park's facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as lawn care, litter pick-up, cleaning grills and fire rings, and cleaning out drains.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and minor maintenance repairs in general areas such as cabins, offices, bathrooms, and all other buildings.
  • Work in all weather conditions and may be required to lead a team to complete tasks assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in laboring work, including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.
