We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Voluntary Corporate Actions team within Fidelity Brokerage Operations & Technology (FBOT). As a key member of our Operations & Services Group (OSG), Asset Servicing division, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of voluntary corporate actions for OSG.
Key Responsibilities- Operational oversight of all announcement and reconciliation processes associated with voluntary corporate actions.
- Manage expiration date events and relevant liabilities, as well as reconciliation of new entitlements for domestic issues and regionally specific corporate actions.
- Event and instruction management in proprietary Fidelity applications.
- Accountable for key talent management processes, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development activities for a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, empower, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adjust team/departmental priorities to support changing needs.
- Participation as a key stakeholder in prioritization of enhancements and new releases of core functional systems.
- Track record of end-to-end process improvement delivering tangible business results.
This dynamic team is part of FBOT within the Operations & Services Group (OSG), Asset Servicing division. The OSG team is responsible for the accurate and timely announcement and processing of Domestic and International Corporate Action and Income events in a high-energy and fast-paced team environment.
What We Offer- Base salary range: $71,000-$120,000 per year.
