About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our National Security team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a TAM, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our National Security customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to National Security customers on AWS services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with National Security customers, understanding their business and technical needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience, with a focus on cloud security and architecture.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems.
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.
