About the Role

USAA is seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Solution Enablement Analyst to support the development and implementation of advanced financial crime detection and prevention solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial crime trends, evaluating the effectiveness of current systems, and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial crime trends and evaluate the effectiveness of current systems
  • Recommend improvements to enhance the organization's ability to detect and prevent financial crimes
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Apply innovative and scientific/quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Translate recommendations into communication materials to effectively present to various levels of management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or other quantitative discipline
  • 6 years of data & analytics experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, SAS)
  • Knowledge of financial crime regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
