Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide person-centered care and support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
  • Have knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
  • Be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
