Job Overview

This is a fully benefited position requiring 24 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer diagnostic tests and provide individualized therapy sessions for adults and children with various communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement protocols for specialized areas such as pediatric speech and traumatic brain injury.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • One year of clinical experience in dysphasia management and speech pathology required.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Kaiser Permanente offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement plan and paid time off.
