Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and lead engaging therapeutic activities that cater to patients' needs and functional levels.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients to participate in activities.
  • Document patient progress and services provided in accordance with regulations and established time frames.
  • Participate in departmental quality assurance activities and planning.
  • Comply with all WMCHealth policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • One year of experience working in mental health or human services, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, Recreation, Art, or Music, required.
  • Masters preferred.
