Our expertise lies in RF system design and tailored rapid research and development solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and implement NSS policies and procedures to effectively manage equipment calibration, maintenance, and physical inventory of assets.
- Track asset lifecycle, including inventory management, location tracking, maintenance status, and documentation through photographic records.
- Establish and maintain detailed records for each asset within the organization.
- Coordinate the processes and documentation necessary for the acquisition, disposal, replacement, and tracking of lost assets.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure accurate and comprehensive asset data management.
- Serve as the primary interface with the Government property administrator and plant clearance officer.
- Facilitate the closeout and transfer processes for Government property.
- The responsibilities outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the types of work that may be performed. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.) is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques.
- Effective time management skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision or collaboratively in teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with various testing equipment for RF and digital electronics. Experience in managing Government and customer-owned property. Background in inventory and asset management is a plus.
