Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at Keller Oaks Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting thorough evaluations, and providing rehabilitative interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including wound care and the use of supportive and assistive devices.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers to provide consultation and counseling related to physical disorders.
  • Document patient progress and provide comprehensive discharge summaries.

Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy practices and regulations.
