Director of Breast Pathology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to serve as the Director of Breast Pathology at the University of California, Irvine. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the breast pathology team and providing expert clinical services in breast pathology and general surgical pathology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the breast pathology team and provide expert clinical services in breast pathology and general surgical pathology.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes in breast pathology.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in breast pathology and general surgical pathology.
- Contribute to research and scholarly activities in breast pathology and general surgical pathology.
- MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anatomic Pathology.
- Eligible for, or currently hold, a medical license in the state of California.
- Significant experience and/or fellowship training in general pathology and breast pathology.
