Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Sr. to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a Project Engineer Sr., you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team on the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) Program. The selected candidate will be supporting the TSS Program in all phases of the Product Engineering process, including planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within their area of assigned responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Plans and formulates engineering programs; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Collaborates closely with project management, systems engineers, systems integration, and test engineers as well as fellow software engineers.

Requirements

- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain a final TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience in Project Execution or Program Management; supporting programs or projects to achieve their cost, schedule, and technical goals.
- Understanding of Earned value Management (EVM), Proposal Management experience.
- Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.
- Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) with high proficiency with MS Excel to include advanced functions.
- Previous proposal or Basis of Estimates writing/reviewing experience and previous Risk & Opportunity Management responsibility.
- Understanding of System, Software, and Hardware Engineering processes.
