Key Responsibilities:- Imaging Procedures:
- Operate x-ray equipment to produce accurate and detailed radiographs
- Accountable for performing and documenting diagnostic procedures with precision and quality
- Knowledgeable in safe equipment operation and use of proper technical parameters
- Patient Care:
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure comfort during imaging procedures
- Obtain and record pertinent patient history and explain procedures clearly
- Quality and Safety:
- Maintain high standards of radiographic quality and adhere to departmental guidelines
- Report environmental or equipment issues to relevant personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (RT) Certification or eligibility within one year of hire
- IEMA Accreditation in Radiologic Technology
- Excellent communication and technical skills
