As a Concessions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the setup and readiness of all service stations for events.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of team members in accordance with our standards.
- Manage event operations, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage in loss prevention strategies proactively.
- Support both the concessions and premium service departments as required.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on point of sale systems.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of promotional activities.
- Manage cash handling processes and oversee inventory management.
- Work closely with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain accurate product margins.
- Implement production sheets to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Complete monthly reports on beverage waste.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct pre-event meetings to align team objectives.
- Support the development of future leaders through mentorship programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Manage team schedules in accordance with operational needs.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and gratuity entries.
- Complete necessary documentation for subcontractor communications.
- Perform regular inspections of the venue during events.
- Assist other departments as needed to meet business demands.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Passion for food service and hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
