Job Overview: As the Oracle HCM Solutions Lead, you will act as a key expert in Oracle HCM modules, guiding functional teams and working closely with clients to ensure the effective design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM applications. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of human resources processes, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to convert business needs into efficient HCM solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Requirement Analysis and Solution Design
  • Overseeing Oracle HCM Implementation
  • Managing Stakeholder Relationships
  • Providing User Training and Support
  • Creating Documentation and Reporting
  • Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Oracle HCM Solutions Lead, particularly in successful implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and their functional capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring functional teams.
  • Oracle HCM certifications are highly regarded.
Compensation:
$80- $90/Hr DOE
