Job Opportunity: Data Center Construction Project Manager

Based in Dallas, TX, we are seeking a skilled Data Center Construction Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their career and contribute to the delivery of critical facility construction projects nationwide.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects on budget, on time, and with assurance that the project scope and quality meet Company Design Standards and objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining liaison with contractors and vendors, ensuring day-to-day project responsibilities are met, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Maintain liaison with various contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities impacting the delivery of company's critical facilities construction projects.
  • Ensure all day-to-day project responsibilities are met by the contractors and vendors on the project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors as necessary, creating and managing project schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong background in data center construction management, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the industry. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. You should be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and travel as needed to project sites.

  • Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or General Contractor.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry.
  • Client-Facing/Client relationship/Client Management skills.
  • Solid Construction Project Management experience.
