Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the level III NICU at Good Samaritan Hospital and the level II NICU at El Camino Hospital Los Gatos.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to deliver comprehensive care to newborns and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- BC/BE in Neonatology
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Competitive base salary: $270,000 - $350,000
