Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field and Infusion Nurse to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Field and Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications in various settings, assessing patient needs, and providing education to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
  • Assess and monitor patient treatments as directed by program protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to meet established timelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain professional practice standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • 1 year experience in IV initiation.
  • Current registration with licensing body and CPR certificate.
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or homecare settings.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA Certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously.
