Job Title: Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Atalian Servest in Northampton. As a Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials to minimize waste and control budgets.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement food safety protocols to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or level 2 diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety and food safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A real passion for food and service, with the ability to prepare and cook good quality seasonal food.
