Position Overview:

The Food Service Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our restaurant establishments. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $68,000 annually, along with potential bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to lead and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of Food Travel Experts.
  • Implement and uphold exceptional guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display presentations, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist in planning daily objectives, tasks, and assignments for the team.
  • Supervise and evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor sales performance through analysis of sales reports and competitive benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state health/sanitation regulations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including funds management, inventory control, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Restaurant General Manager.
