Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team at CARSTAR Manassas Collision Center. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that parts are received, controlled, and delivered to the appropriate technicians in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will receive all parts and verify that the order is accurate and complete, matching vendor invoices. You will also be responsible for storing received parts with proper work order numbers, checking for returned parts, and documenting all activities. Additionally, you will communicate with production and management staff to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing work under own initiative. A valid driver's license and physical stamina to perform tasks such as carrying and lifting 100 lbs are required.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits, to attract the best candidates for this critical role.
