Job Summary:

Nacogdoches Medical Center seeks a skilled Clinical Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Support the development and implementation of unit-level policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
