Job Overview
The Client Wellness Advocate at Relive Health is tasked with educating clients and facilitating the sale of wellness and regenerative services, along with tailored treatment plans. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Relive Health's offerings, including hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy. The Advocate is the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved throughout their engagement with Relive.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering Outstanding Client Service:
  • Customize wellness solutions with expertise and care, nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct detailed consultations with empathy, adhering to HIPAA regulations to build trust.
  • Work alongside prescribing physicians to develop and implement personalized care strategies that prioritize client health.
Brand Promotion and Marketing:
  • Represent the Relive Health brand at community events, enhancing revenue and client interaction through upselling.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
Administrative Management:
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize software systems efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring smooth client interactions.
  • Provide insightful feedback to support continuous improvement within the health center.
Client Satisfaction and Feedback:
  • Proactively resolve client concerns to ensure a journey characterized by satisfaction and excellence.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experiences and outcomes.
Leadership and Oversight:
  • Supervise the work of others, ensuring compliance and managing the flow of supplies and medications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and sales, facilitating training and development for team members.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in the medical field, particularly in Hormone Replacement Therapy, is advantageous.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain patience and composure while managing client care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an unsupervised environment.
